By accessing and using AIDATA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the service.
AIDATA is a data processing tool that operates strictly in the volatile memory (RAM) of your browser/server during your active session. No data is stored, saved, transmitted, or persisted in external databases, hard drives, or servers. Upon closing or reloading the page, all information is completely and irreversibly deleted.
You are solely responsible for the files you upload to the platform. By uploading a file, you declare and warrant that you are the legitimate owner of the data or have explicit legal consent to process it. You agree not to upload unauthorized sensitive personally identifiable information (PII), data protected by strict regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), or illegal material.
The cleaning algorithms are automated assistance tools. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE FUNCTIONS ARE 100% INFALLIBLE. The user is solely responsible for validating the output data before using it for critical decision-making, financial reporting, mass mailing, or any other purpose. The use of cleaned data is at your exclusive risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". AIDATA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CREATORS OF AIDATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF FILES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creators of AIDATA from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from your use of the application, your violation of these terms, unauthorized data uploads, or the infringement of any third party's rights.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of the service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, internet failures, third-party server outages, power outages, or hosting infrastructure issues.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the service shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the city of Barcelona, Anzoátegui State, and the user expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
Al acceder y utilizar AIDATA, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de los términos, no podrá utilizar el servicio.
AIDATA es una herramienta de procesamiento de datos que opera estrictamente en la memoria volátil (RAM) de su navegador/servidor durante su sesión activa. No se almacena, guarda, transmite ni persiste ningún dato en bases de datos externas, discos duros o servidores. Al cerrar o recargar la página, toda la información se elimina por completo e irreversiblemente.
Usted es el único responsable de los archivos que sube a la plataforma. Al subir un archivo, declara y garantiza que es el legítimo propietario de los datos o que cuenta con el consentimiento legal explícito para procesarlos. Se compromete a no subir información personal identificable (PII) no autorizada, datos protegidos por regulaciones estrictas (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) o material ilegal.
Los algoritmos de limpieza son herramientas de asistencia automatizada. NO GARANTIZAMOS QUE LAS FUNCIONES SEAN 100% INFALIBLES. El usuario es el único responsable de validar los datos de salida antes de utilizarlos para la toma de decisiones críticas, informes financieros, envíos masivos o cualquier otro propósito. El uso de los datos limpios es bajo su exclusivo riesgo.
EL SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD". AIDATA NO OFRECE GARANTÍAS, YA SEA EXPRESAS, IMPLÍCITAS O LEGALES, INCLUYENDO, PERO NO LIMITÁNDOSE A, GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR Y NO INFRACCIÓN.
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, LOS CREADORES DE AIDATA NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES POR NINGÚN DAÑO DIRECTO, INDIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, ESPECIAL, CONSECUENTE O EJEMPLAR, INCLUYENDO, PERO NO LIMITÁNDOSE A, DAÑOS POR PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, DATOS, USO, BUENA VOLUNTAD, INTERRUPCIÓN DEL NEGOCIO O PÉRDIDA DE ARCHIVOS, INCLUSO SI SE HA ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS.
Usted acepta indemnizar y mantener indemnes a los creadores de AIDATA frente a cualquier reclamo, daño, pérdida o gasto que surja de su uso de la aplicación, su violación de estos términos, la subida de datos no autorizados o la infracción de los derechos de cualquier tercero.
No seremos responsables por ningún retraso o fallo en la prestación del servicio derivado de causas fuera de nuestro control razonable, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, casos fortuitos, fallos de Internet, interrupciones de servidores de terceros, cortes de energía o problemas de infraestructura de alojamiento.
Estos términos se regirán por las leyes de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Cualquier disputa que surja en relación con estos términos o el servicio se someterá exclusivamente a los tribunales competentes de la ciudad de Barcelona, Estado Anzoátegui, y el usuario renuncia expresamente a cualquier otra jurisdicción que pudiera corresponderle.
